ACROBATICS

Acrobatics is an exciting form of dance implementing strength, flexibility, balance and contortions in choreographed tumbling routines. With a strong emphasis placed on increasing flexibility, stretch, and developing strength over time, SVAD students will benefit from this challenging yet rewarding class.

acrobatics ATTIRE REQUIRED

  • Leotard/ Biketard or tight fitting T-shirt and shorts
  • Bare feet only
  • Hair in a pony tail

WHAT TO BRING

  • Water Bottle 

**Note:** Students are expected to master the basics at each level before progressing to the next, and are admitted into the upper levels by audition or invitation by the instructors.
