| Tuition |
| Tuition is due on or before the first of each month. After the 10th a $12 late fee will be added to your account. The school is not responsible for billing, so please pay on time. If you require a monthly statement please sign up at the front desk. Full monthly payments are due on the first of each month regardless of the number of dance days in that month. Accounts two months past due may result in the cancellation of classes until payment is made in full. A $25 charge will apply to all returned checks. |
| Missed Classes |
| Tuition will not be prorated for missed classes. Make-up classes are available and should be taken as soon as possible after the missed lesson. Make-up lessons must be taken before May 31st, 2006. Perfect attendance is expected and is acknowledged at the end of the year. *Make-up classes do not excuse absences when applied toward perfect attendance. |
| Withdrawal |
| Written notice is required when terminating a dance class. Tuition is billed to your account the first day of each month. A written notice must be received prior to the first of the month, or you will be responsible for the tuition charges made to your account on the first of the month. |
| Weather Cancellations |
| For weather cancellations listen to KBRC or call 424-6677. Cancelled classes do not affect perfect attendance & make-up classes are available. |
| Tots Bookkeeping Policy |
| Tot Classes run for twelve weeks. Registration Fee and Tuition for all twelve weeks is due in full at time of registration. All missed classes will be forfeited. Scheduled absences will not be charged if written above at time of registration. NO REFUNDS If the teacher determines student is not ready for this class, we will issue a credit for remaining classes good for one year. A $25.00 charge will apply to all returned checks. |
| Teen & Adult Bookkeeping Policy |
| Teen & Adult Classes run for twelve weeks. Registration Fee and Tuition for all twelve weeks is due in full at time of registration. All missed classes will be forfeited. | Summer Session |
| Summer Dance Session runs for eight weeks. Tuition for all eight weeks is due in full at the time of registration. There are no make-up lessons due to the limited schedule. All missed classed will be forfeited. Scheduled absences will not be charged if put in writing at the time of registration. All pro-rated tuition rates will be applied. Class availability is on a first-come basis. Student placement in class will be held only after registration form is completed and tuition is paid in full. There are NO REFUNDS for the Summer Session. |
