Acrobatics, commonly referred to as “acro,” implements strength, flexibility, balance and contortions while performing gymnastics skills across the floor.

Acrobatics Attire Required

  • Leotard or tight fitting leggings/shorts and top

  • Bare feet only

  • Hair pulled back into ponytail
