Fall - Spring Policies 2023/2024
TUITION
Tuition is due on or before the first of each month. Each monthly payment covers 4 weeks of lessons. After the 10th a $25 late fee will be added to your account.
Accounts two months past due may result in the cancellation of classes until payment is made in full. A $35 charge will apply to all returned checks.
The school is not responsible for billing, so please pay on time. IF YOU REQUIRE A MONTHLY STATEMENT, PLEASE SIGN UP AT THE FRONT DESK.
MISSED CLASSES
Tuition will not be prorated for missed classes. Make-up classes will be available in phase 4 and should be taken as soon as possible after the missed lesson.
Perfect attendance is expected and is acknowledged at the end of the year. Make-up classes do not excuse absences when applied toward perfect attendance.
WITHDRAWAL
Tuition is billed to your account the first day of each month. Written notice is required when terminating any dance class. A WRITTEN NOTICE MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE FIRST OF THE MONTH, OR YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR TUITION CHARGES MADE TO YOUR ACCOUNT ON THE FIRST OF THE MONTH.
